WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION

Even though I work for the company I wanted to share my experience with North Eastern and why I came on board and left my corporate company of 21 years. The first time I used North Eastern was in 2018, there was a large flood for one of my largest clients. I stopped by to inspect the job they were doing and how things were going. They were equipped and getting things done. The client was on site and praised the work that they did and expressed his confidence and appreciation for the work. We could see they knew what they were doing, skilled, efficient and professional. I worked with North Eastern for several years even after that on a number of jobs including, emergency restoration services, deep cleanings and Covid high touch cleanings. My clients would ask for them directly to provide service to their location. North Eastern was always responsive and provided excellent quality service. I rarely had a complaint and if there was one, they took care of it immediately. I have also used them for my house when my basement flooded and they helped with a deep house cleaning when my family fell ill from Covid. I never realized the power of a google review and that's why I am putting a review now, because I want people to know about our company and experience that I have had and my customers. It sounds silly, but when you believe in someone or something, you want to not only see them succeed, but be a part of that success.

I've got to give a huge shoutout to Jesus and Victor from North Eastern Cleaning & Restoration Group! These two wizards worked their magic and fixed up the water damage nightmare I had at my house. I can't thank them enough for their top-notch service – seriously, they killed it! If you're in a jam, whether it's flooding, fire, wind, mold, or anything in between, these are the folks to call. Trust me, they're the absolute best in the game!

I used North Eastern about two years ago (on recommendation of a friend) for a big environmental cleaning. They washed the walls and even ceilings in my 2-room apartment, washed windows, scrubbed the bathroom, floors and cleaned just about everything in sight. Victor Vera is a pleasure to do business with and his workers are hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, prompt and pleasant. I subsequently used them for a smaller job and will use them again in the future. It's an excellent company and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

01 A moment ago The days of having a neighborhood kid are unfortunately gone-they don't exist-BUT what exist is North Eastern!! When you live an hour away from an elderly parent and can't get there to shovel and or salt ,North Eastern is there-reliable,dependable and on the job no matter how much snow has fallen. Not only being there but they keep you abreast with what to expect from a coming storm.We are 110% satisfied!!!Thank you so much,Jennifer and Leo!!!!

I received a Covid cleaning from this company. They were very professional and was on time. I would use this company again and would refer to others.

I called North Eastern Cleaning Tuesday for a general cleaning of my apartment. I made the appointment for Wednesday morning and the cleaners arrive on time and were prepared with buckets with supplies. They were friendly and took care of my delicate items during the cleaning. At the end of the cleaning my apartment was spotless and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Moving into a new apartment, my wife and I decided to completely change the bathroom and unfortunately saw when breaking the walls that the whole room was utterly infected with dangerous black mold. We had to act fast, lucky enough to meet Victor, and his workers did their job exterminating everything. Honesty, professionalism, reasonable price, and a job well done from beginning to end.
